National Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead the growth and performance of our nationwide dealer network while managing a team of Territory Sales Representatives. This position is based in Richmond, Virginia, and will play a critical role in expanding market presence, increasing dealer productivity, and driving overall sales growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of calling on dealerships nationally, recruiting and developing dealer networks, and leading field sales teams. This individual must be a strategic leader who can build strong dealer relationships, develop high-performing sales representatives, and consistently deliver revenue growth. Candidates without direct dealer development and dealership sales experience will not be considered.

Marketing Coordinator (USA)

Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead based in the UK, you’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing activities across the USA, ensuring the Strickland Group brand is implemented consistently across all customer touchpoints. You’ll help deliver marketing campaigns, publish engaging social media content, coordinate customer success stories and work closely with colleagues, customers and external suppliers to promote the Strickland brand throughout the North American market. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, creating content and managing multiple projects.
